The Urban Oasis is a groundbreaking project due to the fact that the entire project’s inventory was booked within the first day of its unveiling through the most transparent allocation process. The transparency of the allocation process was a testament to EMAAR’s unblemished integrity and the transparency it has built over the years. The allotment process was meticulously conducted by Ernst & Young (E & Y), through a draw of lots and was live streamed across all Emaar India social media channels, a first in the industry. This decision underscores the organisation’s unwavering commitment to championing transparency within the entire real estate sector, setting a remarkable standard for the industry’s ethical and equitable practices. The process kicked off with 6 days of collecting EOIs (Expression Of Interest) from anyone who wanted to book a home. The 6 days were deliberately given so that there is no rush and each and everyone could get ample time to fill-in the form and get a fair chance at participating in the draw of lots. All the 6 days had our F&B services running so that while one waits, they get to enjoy our hospitality. There was also a token system instituted to smoothly take the EOIs on a first come first served basis. Once an EOI was accepted, a receipt was generated through the world renowned CRM software- SalesForce. For the 424 homes, we were humbled to get 4259 EOIs, an unheard feat of 10 times subscription.
